Where do you source your mirror?
We try to responsibly source our mirror and recycle used materials where ever we can. The mirror is sourced from many different places, many have been donated, some are salvaged, and some are store bought from small local glass suppliers.
Where do you source your wood?
Soft timber wood is mainly used, the artist tries to use as much 'new wood' as possible as it absorbs colours more richly, provides greater visual contrast, and more importantly keeps the pieces lighter. All wood used is FSC® Certified. Some embellishments are responsibly reclaimed and can be up to 100 years old, with incredible signs of character.
Are all artworks made by the artist?
Yes all artworks including their frames are entirely made by hand by Leah-Dior.
Can I talk directly to the artist?
Absolutely! Drop her a message on our contact form, she would love to hear from you and aims to give a speedy response.
If I would like a commision, is the time spent finalising all the details chargeable?
It is a pleasure for Leah-Dior to work on bespoke pieces directly with you, this time spent on finalising the commission before its creation is not chargeable.
How heavy are the pieces?
We aim to keep them as light as possible while still retaining the artistry and structure signature to the artists work. For reference, each panel of our specify dimensions are roughly 8-12lbs.
How do I hang my artworks?
All artworks will arrive with hanging hardware attached. Please check your walls are suitable for purchasing.
How do you take payment for commissions?
For all commissioned and customised artworks a secure payment link will be sent, payment can be made via Papal, credit or debit card.
50% deposit will need to be made to book your artwork in, then final payment before the artist commences work.
Do I have to pay for delivery and how will you send my artwork?
We offer free delivery to your home or work address anywhere within the UK. The price for shipping artworks worldwide is dependant on what country you live in. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
As all artworks are made to order we do not accept refunds.
On the rare occasion any artworks arrive damaged, please get in contact as soon as possible with details, photos and any additional information. we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible, Leah-Dior will create you a replacement piece as a matter of priority. All orders are final.
How do you determine the price of your artworks?
The pricing of all artworks is dependant on the size and intricacy of the design, the cost of the materials used and the time taken for the artist to create the piece.
How long will my artwork take to be delivered?
Individual turn around times are on the product descriptions. It generally takes around 3 weeks. If you need your art sooner, please get in contact.
